Order Arrived Damaged

First we apologize if your order was damaged in transit to you. Please follow the below steps in order to receive a replacement:

 

  1. Take pictures of your entire order.
  2. Take pictures of the damaged portion of your order
  3. If present take pictures of any customs declaration notices, tape, and/or notes. We will need these to verify that damage was done by customs.
